B4 Computers offers a No Fix No Fee service within the computer workshop.  We understand that computers are becoming low value items and that it can sometimes be cheaper to replace a computer rather than repair.

We found instances where customers have been charged for a simple diagnosis and been told that the device is beyond repair. At B4 Computers we endeavor to diagnose simple issues with no fee. 

However, please acknowledge that some repairs involve third party diagnostic equipment, like track circuit diagnosis, and we are charged for this level of service.  Under these circumstantaces we would ask the customer to contribute in order to cover the cost of the diagnosis.
