Raise a TicketB4 Computers is primarily made up of computer engineers.  Our computer engineers understand their roles and try their best to prioritise their workload.

We offer a help desk facility to customers who subscribe to our support packages.

The help desk facility allows our customers to log a computer issue that may have arisen.  The customer can select the level of response that is required by our computer engineers by allocating both a category and priority status.

Once a computer issue has been logged on our system, we will issue an electronic ticket.  We will then respond with the level commitment that was requested.

We understand that our help desk is only accessible via our website and accept that if you have no internet connection, that you will not be able to log this issue.  Under these circumstances call 01663 766370.Help Desk
